API reference download

Where can I find (or download) the API reference that is mentioned in the SDK manual 3.0.0?
I can neither find it in the downloaded SDK nor on the internet pages containing documentation like the SDK manual itself.

Hello.

I've seen these documents but what I'm lookong for is how to access the video stream of a camera for e.g. a video conferencing application. So I was looking for an API with TV specific functions in order to access the camera and I didn't find anything in these documents. My main question iswhether it is possible to access a camera (either built-in or external) via a specific API or via WebRTC.
